How is the product delivered? (Delivery Policy)

LEMO is a digital-only Software as a Service (SaaS). Access is granted instantly upon successful payment verification. There are no physical goods or shipping involved.

Can I cancel my subscription? (Refund Policy)

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Due to the digital nature of the platform, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months used, but you will not be billed again once cancelled.
