Welcome to LEMO-TECH. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LEMO-TUTOR software and website. By accessing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This platform is owned and operated by Lemo-Tech Rustenburg Engineering (Pty) Ltd., a registered company in South Africa, located in Phokeng, North West.
2. Description of Service
LEMO is a digital Software as a Service (SaaS) designed for engineering students and professionals. The platform provides access to AI-assisted computational tools, Lexical RAG library data, and secure session logs.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Pricing: Access to the LEMO environment requires an active subscription priced at R25 per month (ZAR).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our secure third-party payment gateway (Paystack).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the LEMO platform strictly for lawful, educational, and professional engineering purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or API protocols of the platform.
- Use the platform to distribute malicious software, spam, or unlawful material.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and proprietary software architecture associated with LEMO-TECH and SMART EMPIRE are the exclusive property of Lemo-Tech Rustenburg Engineering (Pty) Ltd. Users retain the rights to the personal engineering queries and data they input into their secure sessions.
6. Limitation of Liability
While LEMO utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to assist with engineering computations, Lemo-Tech Rustenburg Engineering (Pty) Ltd. does not guarantee that the generated outputs are 100% error-free. The platform is designed as an educational and structural aid. Users must independently verify all critical structural, electrical, and mechanical calculations before applying them in real-world scenarios. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our generated calculations.
